Data recovery

If a drive has failed, been dropped, or files were deleted by mistake, the data can usually be recovered. We work with hard drives and SSDs from all the major makers, including Seagate, Western Digital, Toshiba, Samsung and Hitachi.

Signs you need this repair

What we do

Stop using the drive straight away. Every attempt to start the laptop or run recovery software can overwrite what's left.

We diagnose the drive, make a complete copy of it and recover your files from the copy, never the original. Your data is handled in confidence and returned on a new drive or an external disk.

How long it takes. We tell you what can be recovered before you commit to the recovery.

Warranty

This repair is covered by our 90-day warranty on parts and labour. If the same fault comes back, bring the laptop in and we’ll put it right.
