Quote requests
When you send the quote form, we receive your name, email, phone number if given, and the details of your laptop and fault. We use them only to reply to you and carry out the repair. We don’t share them or use them for marketing.
Security check
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Data on your laptop
We only access files on your laptop where the repair needs it, for example data recovery or a Windows reinstall. We don’t copy or keep your files once the repair is complete.
