About the Sony VAIO Duo 11
The Sony VAIO Duo 11 is one of the final Sony-made VAIO laptops, part of Sony's last VAIO laptops before Sony sold the VAIO business in 2014. It dates from 2012 to 2014. It has a compact 11-inch screen, so everything inside is tightly packed and repairs need a careful hand.
Its memory is soldered to the board, so it can’t be upgraded after purchase, but the SSD can be replaced. Parts are still widely available, either new or as tested replacements.
