The Microsoft Surface Pro X is a Surface tablet with a glued-in screen, part of the Surface tablet range. It was released in 2019.
Its memory is soldered to the board, so it can’t be upgraded after purchase, but the SSD can be replaced. As a tablet-style design, it has no laptop hinge to wear out. Parts are still widely available, either new or as tested replacements.
