Initial consultation: free. It tells us whether the fault is physical or logical.
Logical recovery (deleted files, standard drive, up to 2 hours): £99.
SSD recovery (firmware or board repair): £450 to £650.
Physical recovery (single drive): £450 labour, plus a donor drive if needed.
The initial fee for your service is paid in advance and is non-refundable, even if the data can't be recovered.
