What we do

Switch the laptop off, unplug it and don't try to charge it. Bring it in as soon as you can.

We strip the laptop, clean the corrosion off the board, then repair or replace the damaged components, the keyboard and any other affected parts.

How long it takes. We assess liquid damage the day it arrives and quote before repairing.

This repair is covered by our 90-day warranty on parts and labour. If the same fault comes back, bring the laptop in and we’ll put it right.
